Thank you to everyone that participated in the hackout, today.<div><br></div><div>In summary, we:</div><div><br></div><div>1) Decimated the Windows file load time by handling how Image IO classes are registered.</div><div>
<br></div><div>2) Studied and found a workaround for enabling ITK's new DCMTK ImageIO by using shared libraries.</div><div><br></div><div>3) Tested packaging on the Mac (works).</div><div><br></div><div>Overall, it was a massively successful event.</div>
