-1<br><br>For VTK, request build does not work at the topic level. If a topic has multiple changes and one is a WIP, this would stop it from a robot build and there would be no way to see if the topic is OK.<br><br>Bill<br>

I would like to change the behavior of Gerrit automatic CDash@Home<br>
builds: if the commit is a "WIP:", builds will not be started by<br>
default. If they are still desired, they could be triggered by a<br>
"request build" in a Review message. This is to avoid overloading the<br>
CDash@Home clients and get feedback from the highest priority patches.<br>
Are there any issues with this?<br>
