Does anyone have examples of binding java.nio.ByteBuffer or some other kind of channel to an ITK imaging pipeline?<BR>

I've adopted the use of ByteBuffer because it's difficult to guarantee memory availability in the JVM. ByteBuffer can be backed in memory or on disk and the decision can be made at runtime.<BR>
