<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Hi,</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">I am looking for a proper way to track
a landmark in a series of 3D images taken over time.
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">My initial idea is to use a
(deformable ?) registration to register a small part of the fixed
image (patch) containing the landmark to the moving image. (In the
meanwhile performance is not an issue).</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">What do you think about this proposed
solution? What are the obsticles?<br></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Thanks, Yoav</p>
