Hello List:<br>I was able to read a brain volume from brainweb with ITK, doing the metaheader file and then reading it with ImageFileReader ( i guess that&#39;s the correct way to do that ) after that, i save it like a dicom file (.dcm) , but there are two problems:<br>
- first, the original volume (the one i downloaded from brainweb SBD) has dimentions of 181 x 217 x 181, but the dicom file has dimentios of 181 x 217x 1, it seems i lost the one dimention.<br>- second, in the dicom file looks like there was four images of th instead of only one image, i mean like..<br>
