I have an OCT raw data file and want to read it in using ITK.<BR>
<BR>
The file layout is as following:<BR>
<BR>
File header<BR>
SLO Image<BR>
B-Scan #0<BR>
.....<BR>
B-Scan #n-1<BR>
<BR>
The raw data file is in binary file format and consists of the following components:<BR>
- A 2048 byte file header<BR>
- Followed by a SLO image<BR>
- Followed by a number of subsequent B-Scans.<BR>
<BR>
Each B-Scan consists of a header followed by the B-Scan data.<BR>
B-Scan Header<BR>
B-Scan Data <BR>
