In this<br>summer school we will focus on two open source tools, vmtk (the Vascular</div><div>Modeling Toolkit, based on VTK and ITK) for creating patient-specific geometries </div><div>and FEniCS for performing flow computations.</div><div>Particular emphasis is put on hands-on sessions in which participants will</div><div>learn to master the tools under guidance by their very creators.<br></div><div><br></div></div><div>
