Hi All,

I am using BiasFieldEstimator to correct T2 brain MRI.
I'd like to ask some advice.

How can I understand if my corrected image (out-image) is a good result?

I tend to visually evaluate this by contouring the image (in paraview, volview etc) at a bunch of isovalues. With strong bias fields, the contours tend to be one sided. You can almost see the quadratic shape of the bias field in the shape of the contour.
