Hello,<br><br>I am trying to read a MRML brain atlas (SPL_PNL_Brain_Atlas2008: &quot;brain_atlas_2008.mrml&quot; ) using ITK, so I can use an itk deformable registration with a DICOM brain subject.<br><br>I welcome any suggestions if any one knows of any ITK functions which will help in loading the MRML brain atlas into a data structure so I can manipulate and deform it.<br>
