Hi,<br><br>My problem is very simple. To extract contour of the outer skull (not skull segmentation but only outer contour) from CT image. I am using  ShapeDetectionLevelSetImageFilter with curvature scaling 0.1 and Propagation scaling 1.<br>
<br>Problem is sometimes there are discontinuities in image due to which the segmentation leaks inside the brain region. Is there any filter similar to ShapeDetectionLevelSetImageFilter    with Advection scaling ? <br>Would that help in keeping the contour near the edge ? Or is there any simple way to do this.<br>
