Hi,<br>Is the any &quot;Deformable Model to Image registration&quot; algorithm in ITK ?<br>For example we have a 3D volumetric image, but the object of interest has low contrast and broken edges. So I want to fit a mesh to a image but with the flexibility of deformable registration (not just affine).<br>
