My problem is that matlab gives me an error in relation with the memory allocated. so i must to reduce the size of the volume. I think that if i use just a 3D window of this volume it will be betterand it helps me to test my program. can you help me to give me ideas even in C++ or matlab that can use to extract just a 3D window from the whole volume <br>Thanks <br><br></div>
