hi,<div>i&#39;m working with PET-CT data and i&#39;m trying to use PET data in order to modify CT data and realize a better segmentation (using one of the algorithm in ITK) than with CT data only. After that i&#39;d like to evaluate my results but i don&#39;t really know how to do that. I don&#39;t know if some criteria or measures exist. I&#39;d like to use some functions already written in itk like statistics. </div>
