Hi,<br><br>Thanks for the suggestion.<br>I tried the maurer filter, It took around 8 minutes for the image size of 512x512x348.<br>For the DanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter , I waited like around 1hour , but it didnt give me any result.<br>
