Actually I have three images which contain the deformations in the x , y and z direction respectively . Now I want to combine them into a single deformation field type Image which has a vector Pixel type . I want to use the ITK inbuilt functions to warp the image. I had placed the question on Nabble forum but havent received any reply and hence emailed you with the query. Looking forward to your reply and sorry for any inconvenience. </div>
