Did you try to add the <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; ">directory with gdcm binaries to the PATH environment variable?</span><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial, sans-serif"><br>

During the configuration of ITK, I set "USE_GDCM_SYSTEM" to "ON" and set
the "GDCM_DIR" to the directory with gdcm binaries. I might be wrong in
the directory I need to provide to ITK for GDCM. But I can't specify
anything else than a directory with gdcm binaries.<br>
<br>I read threads with similar issue such as : <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.itk.org/pipermail/insight-users/2010-June/037360.html" target="_blank">http://www.itk.org/pipermail/ insight-users/2010-June/ 037360.html</a> ; <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.itk.org/pipermail/insight-users/2010-July/037404.html" target="_blank">http://www.itk.org/pipermail/ insight-users/2010-July/ 037404.html</a> I didn't find any relevant solution and they were all trying to build GDCM with the flag "GDCM_USE_VTK" to
ON. When I set it to ON (I'm not sure, I have to do that), I'm getting
build errors for GDCM about "sysconf", ...<br><br>I hope someone can help me with this issue.<br><br>Best<br>James<br></td></tr></tbody></table><br>
