Can you provide us with more information about what you want to do exactly? Or perhaps some image example.<div><br></div><div>At first though otsu segmentation should allow you to segment your white foreground from the background easily</div>

Hello-<br>I have a series of 2D images with small white blob features on a (mostly) black background, however there are some constant features on each of the images that I would like to subtract prior to my segmentation. I assume this is a common task, however I haven't found any means of doing this in ITK. Can someone provide an example? I am trying to avoid reinventing the wheel. Thanks in advance-<br>
