<div dir="ltr">Hello all,<div><br></div><div>I have a custom binary file from which I extract a series of C-arrays (representing) 2D images. All these images are a planes of a volume. I want to know the efficient way to construct a volume in either ITK or VTK or both. With this volume, I want to be able to:</div>
<div><br></div><div>1. Visualize it and mark seed points on key planes</div><div>2. Use these seed points to test level-set segmentation methods</div><div><br></div><div>Please let me know the correct direction to go about this. I have not been able to get this huge volume initialized either as a itkImage or vtkImage.</div>
