the ITK framework provides a whole list of segmentation methods.<br>
<br>
However, the method that may happen to be successful is highly
dependent on the type of input images and which part/tissue you
are trying to segment. Further, it also may happen that you may
need to extend an existing method, or create a custom or
self-cooked method in order to succeed.<br>
