Hi Dongfeng,<br>this is an interesting resource of public and anonymized DICOM format medical image data:<br><a href="http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/" target="_blank">http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/</a><br><br>You can find there some PET-CT datasets.<br>
<br>Unfortunately, I don't know whether there is a resource on the Network where you can find both the dataset and the segmentation in order to use it as the ground truth.<br><br>I guess you should also need to know which structure is of interest to you to have it segmented.<br>
<br>Such a resource would be very interesting to share with the whole community working on medical imaging.<br>
