I am not sure which method can achieve a good kidney segmentation. I tried the method provided by SNAP and 3DSlicer. All of ‘em cannot segment kidney well. Maybe I didn’t find an optimal parameter set. Which method is better when it comes to kidney segmentation from MR volume?</SPAN></DIV>
