Thanks Sergio and Dženan, you confirm what I thought.
My problem was that I had a region defined in word coordinates, and a
point outside this region (always in WC)
was inside when passing to continuous indexes. This made my program
fail.
([9.5,10.5],[9.5,10.5],[9.5,10.5]). So it is not an error. Similarly,
pixel (0,0) has extent ([-0.5,0.5],[-0.5,0.5]). This comes from DICOM
specification logic of interpreting pixel locations as centers of
pixels/voxels.

Estanislao

I'm just thinking that this behavior is related with the
voronoi region that a pixel defines (see pag 40 of the ITK Sotfware
Guide) maybe a pixel at 9.5, 9.5, 9.5 has a voronoi area that is inside
the region you are defining...

Maybe anyone more experienced with the tookit can confirm/deny
this.

Hi all,

I've defined a region of size = [10 10 10] starting at index = [10 10
10].
The method IsInside returns true for a continuous index = [9.5 9.5
9.5], but I would have expected a false value since this index is
(strictly) outside the region. So I'm not sure if it's a bug or I'm
misinterpreting the result ...
