Actually after reading the images, I am using the normalizeImageFilter and the DiscreteGaussianImageFilter
to preprocess the images before registration.
But when I am calling the registration routine, I am getting errors.
I guess there may be errors when I am calling the CenteredTransformInitializer, Could someone
check my code and help me?
