Hello,<br><br>I am tryin to run the example <i><a href="http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/BinaryNotImageFilter">http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/BinaryNotImageFilter</a></i>, but when I build my project a get a message which says that it cannot find filter <i>itkBinaryNotImageFilter.h</i>.  When I search in the directory of ITK code I also can find the file <i>itkBinaryNotImageFilter.h</i>. Do you know where can I find this filter?<br>
