good afternoon,<div><br></div><div>i am already using DiffusionTensor3D for representing every voxel in a diffusion tensor image. i ve already visualized the slice views of the brain in colors, representing the diffusion of the water (with a rgb itk image). Now i am trying to visualize the tracts, and i found the DTITubeSpatialObject. But i realized that it is similar to DiffusionTensor3D. </div><div>1 .- are they similar or once i use diffusionTensor3D i do not need DTITubeSpatialObject? i think i need it coz in the object i have the tensor, the fa and the color (and more information) all together. </div><div>2.- what class of itk do you recommend me to represent the tracts? </div><div><br></div><div>thanks,</div><div>Alba</div><div><br><div>
