Hi,<div>You could use itk::LabelMapToBinaryImageFilter and then select the label you want or itk::LabelMapMaskImageFilter to mask an image selecting a label of the labelMap. Anyway, read the paper of Gaetan Lehmann : Label object representation and manipulation with itk. <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(14, 119, 74); line-height: 15px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; "><a href="http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/176">www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/176</a></span></div>
<div><font class="Apple-style-span" color="#0E774A" face="arial, sans-serif"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 15px;"><br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" color="#0E774A" face="arial, sans-serif"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 15px;"><br>
</span></font><br><div class="gmail_quote">2011/3/21 Eduardo Suarez-Santana <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:esuarez@itccanarias.org">esuarez@itccanarias.org</a>></span><br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex;">
How do I get a binary image by selecting a label from a label image?<br>
