I want to use the Guassian Blur Image Function provided in the ITK user guide to perform smoothing on ".jpg" image. But that function does not accept ".jpg" image type as input/output. How should I convert ".jpg" into a supported image type for it?<br>

I've searched on the internet, and found "ITK ConvertTraits" might be useful for it. But I cannot know how to use it.<br>
