Hi Abayiz-<div><br></div><div>If you want an image with a pixel by pixel difference from two input images, try the SubtractImageFilter. I am unsure what you mean by 'exclude'?</div><div><br></div><div>For one shot examples on how to implement, David Doria has provided a useful suite. He has an example on adding images, it would be very easy to change this to the subtract filter mentioned above:</div>
