SetBackgroundValue().<br>

Hello everyone ..<br>

I an trying to apply a dilation on my image. <br>
<br>
my image is binary. black background and white circle in the
middle (not exactly circle more as a white region)<br>
I want to increase the size of that region, move the boundary of
the region a little bt farther . <br>
<br>
I used the itkBinaryDilateImageFilterTest <br>
<br>
it was built without errors.. but when I run it .. it is still the
same image without any changes .. <br>
