.gz is a compression format like .zip<div><br></div><div>.nii is nifti: <a href="http://nifti.nimh.nih.gov/nifti-1/">http://nifti.nimh.nih.gov/nifti-1/</a></div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://nifti.nimh.nih.gov/nifti-1/"></a>i recommend using fiji (<a href="http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/Fiji">http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/Fiji</a>) with a nifti plugin (<a href="http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/nifti.html">http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/nifti.html</a>) to view .nii files</div>

itkLabelOverlapMeasuresImageFilter<br>

<font color="#000000">but i want to have a look at the images to know what kind of images it needs as an input.. </font><br>
<font color="#000000">i cant view the images .. it is in .nii.gz format and struggling to view them. any help?</font><br>
