Hi everyone, <br><br>What can do I do to to change the Analyze format file&#39;s header from the Coronal to the Transverse orientation? I&#39;m guessing something to do with Orient Image Filter, but I can&#39;t figure out the right flags. <br>
<br>Some background info: <br>In medcon, when I open &#39;image info&#39;, I read: Supine; Head First; Coronal.<br>Now, this needs to be made Supine, Head First; Transverse <br><br>Thanks in advance,<br>Harish<br>
