Hi to all,

In my application I am using the ImageReadExtractWrite, in order to read a 3D volume and display a 2D slice of this vollume. I have noticed that when I load an image, which pixel's value range in outside [0,255], I don't get the results that I want. I am using the reader pointer to read the input image and I want somehow to find the min and max pixel value of the input image in order to make the normalization between [0,255]. How could it be done? After finding the min and max value, how I could normalize the hole reader pointer, and not normalize my image vovel per voxel? Is there any filter, which is used to make make this normalization?

Thanks in advance
