hi all , <div>I am dealing with confocal data and the XY resolution of the images is far better than Z direction.</div><div>I am applying the gradientbased anisotropic filter to smooth my image before applying Otsu or other filters</div>
<div>My question is , how effective  are these filters on data where the voxels have different spacing or does ITK recommend we first use the makeVolumeIsotropic filter.</div><div>Thanks</div><div><br></div>
