Dear all,<div><br>I&#39;m using ITK&#39;s labelGeometryImageFilter to calculate measures of segmented regions. Is there a way to map the measures (for instance number of voxels per label) to the regions? </div><div>With other words, that the voxels belonging to a certain region A get an intensity representing total number of voxels in region A? </div>
