I restate my problem with an example:<br>

I have an image with pixel values between 0 and 255. all my non-zero pixels<br>
are higher than 200. I want to transform it to an image so that my nonzero<br>
pixels start from somewhere near zero and the highest one is 255.<br>

Could anyone tell me how I should do that please?<br>
