Well, finally i could to input with a dicom file and see the image from it. I used the itk&#39;s connection with vtk, for begining it&#39;s good but i still have two problems that they are the color of image was so dark so i could to resolve it using itkRescaleIntensityImageFilter.h and the position of the image that it is turned upside down. And reading some threads i read that could be solved using vtkImageFlip however the flip invalidates the dicom coordinate system. And i ask how to resolve this?<br>
