Hi,<br><br>First, the code in ITKv4-TheNextGeneration-Tutorial is now outdated (before ITK 4.0). I would strongly recommend you to have a look at more recent code...<br><br>
For the visualization, you can find examples in Modules/Segmentation/LevelSetsv4Visualization/tests.<br>There are several kind of visualizations:<br><ul><li>Visualization of the level set function as an elevation map (for the 2d case)</li>
<li>Visualization of the zero set (curve in 2d)</li><li>Visualization of the layers (in the Whitaker, Shi and Malcolm case)</li></ul>I guess the visualization you were using was the last one...<br><br>Let us know how it goes and if you have questions with the level sets / visualization.<br>

ITKv4-TheNextGeneration-Tutorial.<br>

In general, it seems to work, but the intensity image (short) is displayed<br>
in green and magenta.<br>

Has anybody got an idea whats, going wrong?<br>
