Hi everyone,<br>      I wanted to know what options are available to me for writing an Expectation-Maximization<br>segmentation routine using ITK filters? Also, are there ways to introduce MRF based regularization<br>in the framework using ITK based filters? The data shall be 2D or 3D. <br>
