It is part of the forth coming wrapping of the registration framework.</div><div><br></div><div>However, for your particular example it can still be done in SimpleITK. By using manipulating the Direction matrices of the images during resampling.</div><div><br></div><div>The ResampleFilter has the "SetOutputDirection" and "SetOutputOrigin" methods which could be used to accomplish a rigid transformation[1].
