These images are created from native ones, the only change is the pixel type which is converted from Unsigned-16bits to RGB.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Allthough all the required data to compute the local to real world matrix are available (PixelSpacing/IIP/IOP/SliceThickness), the matrix is set to identity, as if gdcm do not read these data because image is of type “secondary” (modality is MR).<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Is this the correct behavior of the reading process ?
