Never mind, I found my mistake!

2012/5/23 Jonatan Snyders <jonatansnyders@gmail.com>

Hello,

I am using a few iterators over different images but all images have identical physical coordinates (which I checked). One of the iterators is a neighborhooditerator. When initializing the iterators, I handed them the same regions. But when I check their physical coordinates to make sure that at each iteration they are at exactly the same point in space, the neighboorhooditerator different coordinates. I did this with TransformIndexToPhysicalPoint and GetIndex which should give the index of the central position of the neighborhood.

I checked the ItkSoftwareGuide to see if the neighborhooditerator walks a different path, or maybe steps out of the image near borders, but this does not seem to be the case.

Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks,
Jon
