<div>Hi All;</div><div>I have PET CT matlab mat file which I work previously using MATLAB. I would like to use ITK for registration. Do I need to use the original CT (-1024 to ***) and PET values (0 to XXXXX) or I have to scale them to [0,255]. I read that I need to convert them to raw file and create mhd file. I am also not good in C++; registration but I would like to learn.</div>
