Hi Mirco,<br>I guess you can always pad your region with pixels whose value does not affect your substraction result so that you can have images with the same size.<br>

Hi guys,<br><br>I have to remove a part of an image, in order to have the original image with the new part subtracted: have you got any suggestions? I saw that the subtract image filter works only for image of the same dimension.<br>
