Hi all,<br><br>Here we have the good 3D thinning method which implemented the thinning algorithm in paper "Building Skeleton Models via 3-D Medial Surface/Axis Thinning Algorithm" <a href="http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/181">http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/181</a>.<br>
<br>But there are also quite useful postprocess algorithms described in the paper, e.g. pruning, 3d network reconstruction, branch point counting. Does anybody have code for these ?<br><br>Much thanks. <br clear="all"><br>
