The ITKApps superbuild for fltk should be useful.<div><br></div><div>FLTK is really a pain in the a$$. All toolkits and apps, in addition to my own programs, built and compiled<br>
perfectly, for both release and debug.<br>

1. On the new PC, I have Windows 7 64 bit, Cmake 2.8.9, and Visual<br>
Studio 2010. So I first tried the most releases:<br>

ITK 4.2.0<br>
InsightApplications 4.2.0<br>
IGSTK 5.0<br>
VTK 5.10<br>
Fltk 1.3<br>
Qt 4.8.2<br>

Building itk,vtk, and fltk worked. InsightApps failed, with many errors<br>
related to fltk. So I also tried with 1.1.7, with no success. My own<br>
programs also did not compile correctly, with errors related to<br>
fltkimageviewer. IGSTK did not compile correctly.<br>

2. After many trials, with and without superbuild, building different fltk<br>
releases with and without Cmake. I decided to try older versions of the<br>
toolkits. Namely,<br>
<br>
ITK 3.20.1<br>
InsightApplications 3.20.0<br>
<br>
No progress, almost the same errors.<br>
<br>
3. As there is no 64 bit version of qt and since I also want to use<br>
my programs on a 32bit machine. All builds above were made<br>
with 32 bits, where my windows 7 is 64 bit.<br>

<br>
As my projects need all these toolkits, did anyone manage to<br>
bring them to work together? With which parameters?<br>
<br>
Things that I did not try yet are older versions of CMake and visual<br>
studio, and building for 64 bits. Do you think any of these options<br>
would help?<br>
