I was finally able to compile the VTK so I can use it with Microsoft Visual C++.<br><br>Now, I am trying to run the 3D Medical Imaging example (Medical1.cxx, Medical2.cxx, Medical3.cxx) but I keep getting a cmake error: &quot;<span style="color:#ff0000">CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:32 (INCLUDE):</span>

<br><span style="color:#ff0000"></span></p>Does anyone know what this means?  This is the first example I try to run after my initial installation so it is possible I made an error in my environment setup.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br>
