<DIV>I'm trying to use the itkBinaryThinningImageFilter3D; In the filter's documentation I read that the code was tested with six different 300x300x40 images and the computation was finished within a few seconds; now ,i want to try to run my images,but i don't know that this algoritm's input source. Are they any 3D images?How are form?.png?.dcm?.mha? And what are output images?? Who anyone knows??&nbsp; </DIV>
