    The best is to look at the test
    itkSingleLevelSetWhitakerImage2DWithCurvatureTest.cxx which is an
    implementation of Chan and Vese with a single level sets.<br>
    <br>
    In this test, it uses:<br>
    <ul>
      <li>standard internal term</li>
      <li>standard external term</li>
      <li>curvature</li>
      <li>Whitaker's sparse representation<br>
      </li>
