Check out the <a href="https://github.com/Kitware/ITK/tree/master/Examples/Segmentation">ITK Segmentation Examples</a>. Particularly GeodesicActiveContourImageFilter.cxx and ShapeDetectionLevelSetFilter.cxx might have what you need.<br>
