<div>There is no multi-resolution header file in V4 like in V3 .....I couldn&#39;t find it or is it normally included in &#39;RegistrationMethodV4&#39; ?  Can any body help me on this. But the good advantage of V4 is &#39;CompositeTransformation&#39;.  I wanted to apply CompositeTransformation to Multiresolution image registration.  </div>
